A week visit from my mother

 Abuja-Lagos, Lagos-Paris, Paris-Buenos Aires

Nearly 30 hours flights to cross three continents and meet her son in Buenos Aires> That is what my mother did to come and spend a week with me in BA.

What did she first notice about BA > "It is hotter here than in Nigeria!!"

Travelling with my mother was a new experience.

I went from moving around in buses and subte (underground) to chilling on the back seat of a diplomatic car with chauffeur!

(Air conditionned backpacking! that is luxury) 

From 10-dollars-a-night accomodation to several hundreds of dollar--a-night accomodation 

From eating lomitos and panchos to leaving tips in restaurants and having family meals with the Nigerian ambassador to BA...

... and my best friends Mickael cousins. Both so friendly!

From considering taking a 36 hours bus up north to flying. To see this >
